Jonathan Kramer

Jonathan Kramer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Director of M&A Finance at Danaher Corporation since April 2018, Jonathan focuses on corporate development. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP from September 2005 to March 2018, where Jonathan was a top-rated Senior Manager in Special Acquisition Services, providing comprehensive M&A support to large private equity firms. Jonathan's expertise includes evaluating historical and projected earnings, assessing asset quality, managing specialist teams, and handling SEC filing requirements as an Audit Manager. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Miami University, completed in 2005, and has a foundational education from Covington Catholic High School.
