Karin B.

Karin B. currently serves as the DBSO Director, Innovation Sensei at Danaher Corporation, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with L1 Scientific/Engineering leaders to create and implement multi-year plans for achieving Core Growth objectives. Prior to this role, Karin B. was the Vice President of Research and Development at OTT HydroMet from August 2018 to July 2022, focusing on solutions for hydrology, metrology, and solar markets. Karin B. also held various roles at Hach from August 2002 to August 2018, including Senior Director of Research and Development for North America, where leadership of a 114-person cross-functional team was key to developing new products and maintaining a diverse portfolio.
