Roc Li

Roc Li is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and planning across Asia. Currently serving as the Tax Director for China and Hong Kong at Danaher Corporation since August 2016, Roc Li is responsible for overseeing tax compliance and strategy in the region. Prior to this role, Roc Li worked as a Tax Manager for The Lubrizol Corporation from July 2008 to July 2016, where key responsibilities included identifying tax planning opportunities and managing all tax-related matters for Lubrizol's China entities. Roc Li began a career in tax consulting as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte China from August 2004 to July 2008, focusing on M&A tax services. Roc Li holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade, both from Xiamen University.
