Niels Brix is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries, including renewable energy and manufacturing. As the Co-founder and CEO of DanAmmo ApS since March 2024, and Vice President at Valmont Industries, Inc. since March 2023, Niels Brix has demonstrated expertise in turnaround strategies, change management, and M&A processes. Previous roles include CEO of Recounsel ApS, where Niels Brix has been active since November 2006, and CEO of Valmont Industries from November 2021 to December 2022. Niels Brix has also held significant positions at K2 Management, Seatower AS, and Skykon A/S, focusing on business development, financial advisory, and regulatory affairs. Niels Brix is an alumnus of Aarhus University, INSEAD, and has completed a board education program.
