Dance Yourself Fit was born from a love for dance and a passion for inspiring and motivating adults of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy all the benefits dancing has to offer!

Niall Newman, our founder, is a former international dance sports competitor who has traveled the world, danced on the international circuit, and coached and adjudicated at the highest level.

Niall retired from the glitz and glam of the world of Ballroom in 2005 to start a family and focus on life coaching and personal development.

Now happily married to Kate with three beautiful girls, Niall decided to dust off his old dancing shoes in 2019 and pair his life coaching skills to create Dance Yourself fit! 

Dance Yourself Fit is a lifestyle choice that puts the fun and feel-good factor into working out that has helped thousands of people worldwide with real-life transformations!

Our fun workouts have all the grace and elegance from the Ballroom and the fire and speed of the Latin American dances. The two styles make the perfect combination for a dynamic, high-calorie burning workout that tones every muscle in the body!

To complement and support our high-energy fat-burning sessions, we cover other areas that are fundamental for wellness needs including; healthy and nutritious meal plans, wake-up yoga, HIIT workouts, pilates, breath work, guided meditation, and motivation pep talks along with community support that will help you stay on track to reach your personal goals! 

We host live classes in over 80 locations throughout Ireland and the UK. You can also join us online for programs like our 28-Day Dance Challenge and 7-Week Wellness Transformation and experience our incredible global community!
