Dave Norman

Dave Norman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems delivery and project management, currently serving as Systems Delivery Manager at Dancerace since December 2022. Prior to this, Dave spent nearly a decade at Bibby Financial Services, holding various roles including Senior Business Solutions Architect and Technical Project Manager. Earlier in the career, experience includes positions such as Test Manager/Business Analyst at Cambridge Online Systems Ltd and multiple test analyst roles at reputable companies like Aviva and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Dave’s diverse background also includes a summer of cycling in Northern France in 2009 and a foundation in various IT functions started at Aviva from 1997 to 2005, following education at Sprowston High School.
