Mark Smith is currently the Implementations Manager at Dancerace, responsible for delivering systems to new customers and implementing changes for existing clients since January 2025. Prior to this role, Mark served as Implementation Manager at Lenvi from October 2019 to December 2024, overseeing the Riskfactor suite delivery, customer support, and technical consultancy while managing project planning and team leadership. Mark's career began at Equiniti Riskfactor from July 2006 to October 2019 as a Senior Technical Consultant, leading new implementations and upgrades, and providing customer support and training. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Process Engineering from UCL (1994-1998).
