Anne Hoff

Anne Hoff is the Country Director at DCA, where they oversee country programs focusing on long-term development and humanitarian response. With over 20 years of experience in development and humanitarian affairs, Anne has a strong background in strategic leadership, organizational transformation, resource mobilization, and gender transformative programming, particularly for women and adolescent girls. They have held various leadership roles, including Country Director for Plan International Mozambique and IBIS, where they championed change management processes and developed strategies for sustainable outcomes. Anne's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in International Humanitarian Affairs from the University of York and a Master’s in Environment and Occupational Health.
