Mory Sar

Program Coordinator

Mory Sar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy, research, and program management, particularly in the fields of civic engagement and human rights. As a co-founder and Vice President of the Cambodian Youth Network from October 2009 to December 2020, Mory contributed significantly to youth advocacy initiatives. Participation in the YSEALI Professional Fellows Program in 2018 further enhanced Mory's expertise in civic engagement. Co-founding Open Cyber Talk, Mory organized forums to educate young Cambodian netizens on internet rights and digital security. Subsequent roles included Senior Training and Communication Officer at the Arbitration Council Foundation and Policy, Legal & Advocacy Manager at the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia. Currently, Mory serves as a Program Coordinator at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp. Mory holds a Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
