Mark Wedge is the Winemaker and Production Manager at Dancing Dragonfly Winery, where they direct all aspects of winemaking and production at a 10,000-case winery. Previously, Mark co-owned Fieldstone Vineyards, the 10th winery in Minnesota, overseeing various facets of wine production and sales from 2001 to 2013. They initiated their career in customer service and sales at Sara Lee Corp and later worked as a Sales Associate at Brighter Homes Store. Mark studied FRP fabrication at Southwest Technical College from 1989 to 1990.
