Seb Mills is a commercial leader with a track record of scaling consumer brands from startup to breakout growth, drawing on over a decade of experience across e-commerce, brand, digital product, and operations. They now partner with founders and boards through an advisory practice to help brands scale smarter, grow faster, and build for long-term value. They are the chair and owner of Dancing Leopard, a womenswear brand acquired in 2025, leading its next chapter with a focus on category expansion and international growth. Previously, they served as Managing Director of BOXRAW, returning the business to year-on-year profitable growth and overseeing its core categories of boxing equipment and training apparel, and earlier were part of Gymshark’s early leadership team, launching the tech function and expanding global e-commerce from 2 to 14 Shopify stores. They earned a Computing For Business BSc in Computer Science from Aston University in 2014.
