Hope Roadcap is an experienced professional with a robust background in business management and development within the interior workspace industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at dancker since June 2025, Roadcap previously held the position of Partner/Co Owner at Condivx from January 2022 to June 2025 and at Phillips Workplace Interiors from January 2016 to June 2025. Earlier, Roadcap was the VP of Business Development at WorkPlace Furnishings from October 2008 to January 2016, a notable organization that represents leading interior workspace providers. Additionally, Roadcap contributed to The Phillips Group as Director of Furniture and Design from 1989 to 2008. Roadcap's educational background includes studies at Harcum College from 1987 to 1989.
