Eric Watkins

Eric Watkins serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Danco, Inc. since October 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Director of Product Management at CTI Foods from January 2022 to October 2023. At CTI Foods, Eric led a team responsible for product financial performance and strategic growth, achieving significant milestones such as the commercialization of over 25 new items and the capture of $4M in EBITDA savings. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Verde and various positions at Smithfield Foods, where responsibilities included P&L management, product innovation, and strategic development across multiple sales channels. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Benedictine University.
