Jonathan Lim is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology operations and leading teams across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Dancom Group, Jonathan oversees IT services for headquarters and 17 branches, while driving cloud technology adoption and managing financial aspects of IT operations. Previous roles include IT Manager at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, where Jonathan led a team supporting over 650 IT users, and Manager of IT Support at KLK OLEO, focusing on IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Jonathan has also held positions at T-Systems Malaysia and Hewlett-Packard, demonstrating expertise in service request management and system administration for a global clientele. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Malaya and a Diploma in Information Technology from SAL Group of Colleges.
