Ahmed Nossair, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Training at Dandy, where management of training operations for over 28 product lines across MENA, South Africa, and Costa Rica has resulted in a significant increase in company-wide designer capacity. With a strategic approach, Ahmed has designed and deployed over 40 training programs, enhancing trainee proficiency and reducing onboarding time. Prior roles include Head of Fixed Training, Upleveling and Onboarding, Quality Continuous Improvement Manager, Operations Associate, MENA-Anterior Team Manager, and Anterior Design Lead & Trainer. As a Co-Founder of AN CAD Design, Ahmed provides worldwide 3D dental CAD modeling and design services. Previously, the role of Senior Computer Aided Design Designer was held at Shiny White. Ahmed's academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Misr International University.
