Alan Manos is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in platform engineering and site reliability. As the Senior Engineering Manager at Dandy since October 2025, Alan leads platform engineering initiatives. Previously, at Klaviyo, Alan oversaw developer infrastructure, managing cross-functional teams to enhance continuous integration and delivery processes. Alan's leadership at SimSpace established a site reliability engineering practice that improved platform stability, while experiences at Robin and SiteSpect advanced infrastructure management and architectural improvements. Alan holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tufts University.
