Conor McCaffrey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, and cost accounting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at Dandy since January 2022, Conor has been instrumental in building finance capabilities from the ground up, driving significant growth and establishing a path to profitability. Prior to Dandy, Conor held several roles at WeWork, including Director of Corporate Finance and FP&A and Senior Director of Finance Partner for Revenue/Enterprise Sales, where contributions helped scale the Enterprise business to over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue with remarkable growth rates. Earlier experience includes an analyst role in M&A Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, advising on high-value transactions across multiple sectors. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Mathematics from the University of Virginia.
