Grace Lee

Grace Lee is the Head of Strategy at Dandy. Grace was previously the Director, International Strategy at OnDeck from September 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs from June 2016 to July 2016. Before that, they were the Senior Development Director at Hanover Research from April 2012 to July 2015. Grace Lee started their career as an Account Manager and Research at Coleman Research from June 2009 to March 2012.

After graduating from Townsend Harris high school, Grace Lee attended Harvard University where they obtained their A.B. in English and American Literature and Language. Grace then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Business Administration and Management, General.
