Joe Lynch

Joe Lynch is the current Chief of Staff at Dandy. Prior to joining Dandy, Lynch served as the VP GM / Head of Program Delivery for Covera Health's Center of Excellence Program from May 2021 to November 2021. Before Covera Health, Lynch was a consultant at Bain & Company from July 2018 to May 2021, where they provided strategy and implementation consulting work across healthcare, non-profit, private equity and technology clients. Joe also drove recruiting efforts for MBA and industry talent for the Latinx at Bain (LATBA) and Veterans at Bain (VABs). Prior to Bain & Company, Lynch interned with JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Military Veteran Internship Program in March 2017 and served as the Director of Undergraduate Operations for Service to School from October 2016 to August 2017, helping ~150 veterans get accepted to college while managing a network of ~200 volunteers. From May 2010 to February 2017, Lynch served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer for the US Navy.

Joe Lynch's educational career began with him obtaining their high school diploma from Chaminade High School. Joe then went on to obtain their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the United States Naval Academy. After that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Columbia Business School. Most recently, they obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Cybersecurity Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, they have an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.

Their manager is Toni Oloko, Co-Founder. Some of their coworkers include Gary Blevins - Head of Education, Sergei Azernikov - Head of AI/ML & CAD/CAM, and Chris Pisarkiewicz - Head of Product Marketing.
