Jon Russ

Jon Russ, MBA, currently serves as Special Project Lead at Dandy, where responsibilities include developing and leading cross-functional projects focused on process development and customer-driven product improvement. Prior to this role, Jon held several positions at Dandy, including Head of Customer Experience for Product and Platform and Customer Service Manager. Experience at McMaster-Carr as Operations Manager and Project Leader, along with a role at Key Corporate & Commercial Bank as a Payments Advisor, further established managerial and operational expertise. Jon's military background as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps involved leading supply chain and logistics operations. Jon earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Analytics from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University.
