Kabith Mahendran

Kabith Mahendran is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Director and Head of Data at Dandy since January 2023. Prior to this, Kabith held various positions at Wish from January 2018 to January 2023, advancing from Data Scientist I to Manager, Data Science. Kabith's prior experience includes data science roles at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where impactful machine learning models and dashboards were developed, and RBC, where business analysis skills were applied to enhance governance and compliance. Kabith also contributed as an Instructor Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
