Kevin C. is a seasoned professional in revenue strategy and operations, currently serving as the Revenue Strategy & Operations Senior Manager for GTM Compensation at Dandy since October 2025. With a strong background in revenue compensation management, Kevin previously held the position of Manager of Revenue Compensation at Spring Health, leading sales commission and incentives across various revenue-focused teams. Additional experience includes roles at Salsify and Salesforce, where Kevin specialized in customer success management and operational support for enterprise clients. Kevin also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Harris School of Public Policy and gained early financial experience at Lockheed Martin and VMware. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Minor in City, Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently enhancing skills through The Odin Project.
