Laurence Day

Laurence Day is a Senior Data Scientist II at Dandy since September 2025, with extensive experience in data science and machine learning engineering. Prior roles include Principal Data Scientist at Brambles, where Laurence led a team to deliver machine learning solutions for global supply chains, achieving significant performance optimizations and business value. Notable contributions include transforming supply chain tools for scalability, reviving anomaly detection projects, and delivering generative AI solutions. Experience also includes a Data Scientist position at CarFinance 247, where Laurence applied machine learning techniques resulting in substantial profits, and an early career as a Graduate Data Scientist at THG, where leadership and algorithm development were key focuses.
