Liz Shinn is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently at Dandy since June 2025, and previously held a similar role at PayPal from August 2024 to May 2025. With extensive experience in product design, Liz has led numerous projects from concept to launch, integrating user research and data analysis to optimize designs. As Product Design Lead at Embody, Liz managed design initiatives in a fast-paced environment and pioneered a scalable design system. At Thesis*, Liz served as UI Design Lead, advocating for iterative design approaches and implementing design systems to enhance team productivity. Earlier roles include UX/UI Designer at Elemica, Freelance Graphic Designer at My Pet Defense, Editorial Graphic Designer at Paste Magazine, and Graphic Designer at UGA Archway Partnership. Liz holds a degree from The University of Georgia, completed in 2014.
