Michael Van Hoof

Michael Van Hoof is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical sourcing. Starting as a Marketing Intern at Agile Internet Marketing in 2013, Michael progressed through various roles, including Technical Sourcer positions at Google and Uber, and Senior Technical Sourcer at Uber, where responsibilities included recruiting for staff and senior engineering positions. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition at Dandy, Michael previously managed the Global Sourcing team at Uber Freight and has held positions at Wayfair, ClearBridge Technology Group, Open Systems Technologies, and CityLight. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Quinsigamond Community College.
