Nickolas Searle

Nickolas Searle is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Dandy since February 2024, Nickolas previously held the same title at Biomerics from June 2023 to February 2024. A significant portion of Nickolas's career was spent at Edwards Lifesciences from January 2017 to February 2024, where roles ranged from Manager of Manufacturing to Sr. Supervisor, overseeing employee supervision, task assignment, and coordination with engineering on investigations. Prior to this, Nickolas worked at Kennecott Bingham Canyon Mine as a Control Room Operator from March 2010 to January 2017, managing advanced control systems in industrial settings. Nickolas's early career includes service in the United States Navy from June 2006 to June 2016, where critical decision-making and conflict resolution were key responsibilities. Nickolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
