Oli Baseley

Oli Baseley is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in leading and driving product strategies across various industries. Currently a Principal Product Manager for International Expansion at Dandy since September 2025, Oli is focused on revolutionizing the dental industry. Prior roles include Product Lead at Aurora, where responsibilities included overseeing the expansion of autonomous trucks, and a Technical Program Manager at Zoox, working on sensors and compute for autonomous deployments. Oli has also launched a SaaS startup to assist SMEs in carbon footprint management and has held internships in product marketing and strategic partnerships at JCB. Educationally, Oli holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield, an MSc in International Business, and an MSc in Business Analytics from Hult International Business School.
