Samuel Wainwright

Samuel Wainwright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development as well as product management in the dental industry. Currently serving as Head of Research and Development at Dandy since March 2022, Samuel previously held roles including R&D Product Manager at Formlabs, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and marketing for dental products from April 2018 to March 2022. Prior to Formlabs, Samuel was the Digital Equipment Sales Manager at Henry Schein, achieving over $20 million in equipment sales in 2017 while leading a specialized sales team. Samuel's career began at Custom Automated Prosthetics, contributing significantly to the startup’s growth before its acquisition by Henry Schein. Earlier experience includes working as a 3D Production Engineer at 3M, where product development efforts focused on 3D intraoral scanning technology. Samuel Wainwright holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
