Chuck Erickson

Chuck Erickson has extensive experience in technical support and management, beginning as a Technical Support Specialist at Software Publishing Corporation from June 1989 to June 1995, where responsibilities included providing telephone support, creating documentation, and conducting training. From June 1995 to June 1998, Chuck served as Helpdesk Teamlead and then as a Corporate Helpdesk Analyst at TDS Telecommunications Corp., leading the helpdesk for SAP applications and assisting internal customers with Microsoft products. Since December 1999, Chuck has worked at CDW as a Service Account Manager, helping customers select technology products and manage customized solutions. Additionally, since April 2002, Chuck has been a County Board Supervisor for Dane County, representing constituents and participating in policy-making. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Edgewood College.
