Dave Phillips

Dave Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Dave has held positions such as Director of the Office of Economic & Workforce Development at Dane County, where they focused on facilitating economic growth. Dave also served as the Executive Director of both the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce and the Verona Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, they had roles at the State Bank of Cross Plains and Capitol Bank, where they held positions as a Vice President. Dave has also been involved in various organizations, including the Wisconsin Sports Development Corporation, Rotary Club of Madison, and Downtown Madison, Inc. Overall, Dave Phillips has demonstrated a strong background in economic development and community engagement throughout their career.

Dave Phillips attended Friends School from 1960 to 1963, where they pursued a College Prep education. Subsequently, from 1963 to 1968, they enrolled at the University of Maryland, majoring in Industrial & Rural Sociology. During their time at the university, Dave completed both a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as Graduate Studies.
