Hannah Whaley

Hannah Whaley currently serves as the Community Services Manager and Behavioral Health Program Specialist at Dane County, focusing on contract management for behavioral health services to ensure quality and equitable access. Prior experience includes a role as a Behavioral Health Quality Assurance Program Specialist Senior at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, where responsibilities encompassed program-level reviews, training, and technical assistance related to substance use disorder and mental health. Additionally, Hannah worked as a surveyor/auditor within the Behavioral Health Certification Section, and as a Regulatory Specialist and Consumer Protection Investigator at the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. Hannah holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
