Nick Bubb

Nick Bubb is the Assistant Director of Dane County's Department of Administration, where they support the advancement of the County Executive’s policy initiatives and manage everyday operations of county government. They oversee the Facilities Management and Risk Management divisions and have led projects such as developing a paid parental leave policy and implementing renewable energy frameworks for county buildings. Previously, Nick worked as an administrative analyst for the University of Wisconsin System and as a budget analyst for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. Nick holds both a bachelor's degree in political science and communication arts and a master’s in public affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They reside in Madison with their spouse, two children, and two dogs.
