Edwin Kwon

Edwin Kwon, MD, MBA, currently serves as Area Medical Director at Carbon Health since June 2022, along with roles as Supervising Physician and Urgent Care Physician on a per diem basis. Additional positions include Hospice Physician at VITAS Healthcare, Family Physician at Optum, and Physician Advisor at Dane Street, all starting in 2022. Edwin Kwon also holds the title of Assistant Clinical Professor at UC Irvine School of Medicine. From July 2020 to June 2022, Edwin Kwon was Medical Director at Share Our Selves, a recognized health center serving the Orange County community. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in clinical operations and strategy as Vice President at CRM Physicians LLC, and various positions at Iora Health and Riverside Medical Clinic. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Irvine, an MBA focused on Health Care Administration from the same institution, and a BA in Religion from UC San Diego.
