Achuthan B

Achuthan B is a Lead Development Engineer at Danfoss since August 2017, focusing on R&D in high-pressure pumps, conducting fluid flow studies, and developing robust particle-resistant pumps. Prior to this role, Achuthan was a Lead Engineer at Vestas Manufacturing A/S from December 2009 to August 2017, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of tooling solutions for wind turbine rotor blades and leading simulation tasks for wind blade design. Earlier experience includes positions at GE Energy as a stress engineer and FE analyst, analyzing turbine rotor blades and conducting extreme testing. Achuthan holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Structures from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
