Alan Chapman

Alan Chapman is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational transformation and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Danfoss Business System Operational Transformation Lead in Japan since October 2009, Alan is responsible for creating process excellence and developing a competent labor force to drive profitable growth. Previous roles include leading the DBS M&A Transformation for North American operations, where efforts focused on integrating legacy Eaton Hydraulic sites into the Danfoss portfolio while emphasizing leadership development and employee engagement. Additional experience includes positions at GE Lighting as a Lean Leader and at JC Enterprises as a Real Estate Investor. Alan holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management and Finance from Alliant International University, and has completed courses in International Business Administration from the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.
