Alexander Osipenko is a seasoned corporate trainer with extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs. Currently employed at Danfoss since October 2010, Alexander identifies training needs, organizes learning activities, adapts corporate trainings for the Russian market, and designs new training focused on sales and negotiation skills. Previously, at JTI from November 2007 to October 2010, Alexander served as a Training Program Development Manager, assessing and updating sales and negotiation training programs while collaborating with external providers. Early career experience includes roles as a Sales Trainer and Sales Supervisor at Gallaher - Liggett-Ducat from June 2004 to November 2007. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Russian University of Cooperation, obtained in 2006.
