Boris Stepanov

Boris Stepanov is the Director QEHS at Danfoss Fluid Conveyance, where they spearhead the development and implementation of quality management systems in accordance with international standards. They previously served as the Divisional Quality & EHS Director at Danfoss Editron and have extensive experience in quality engineering and management across several organizations, including Sony DADC and Continental Tires RUS. Boris holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kaliningrad Technical University, where they focused on food industry machinery.
