Burkhard Winski

Burkhard Winski is a strategic HR leader with over 15 years of experience in driving organizational change and shaping HR policies. Currently serving as the HR Country Director for Denmark at Danfoss, Burkhard specializes in aligning people strategy with business goals, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and strengthening leadership capabilities. Burkhard has also held various roles at Danfoss, including Head of HR Labour Relations and HSE Manager, and has contributed to national HR and education committees. Burkhard’s educational background includes a master's degree in Learning Processes & Change Management from Aalborg University and a bachelor's degree in Humanistics from Roskilde University.
