Chad Swanson

Chad Swanson, MBA, CMA, is the Head of R&D Controlling at Danfoss Power Solutions, where they leverage their extensive background in corporate finance and project management. With an MBA from the University of Minnesota and international experience in locations such as Japan, Denmark, and China, Chad has excelled in integrating efficiencies and optimizing reporting processes. Previously, they participated in the Danfoss PGP - Finance Development Program and held various roles within the company, including Program Manager and Global R&D Controller. Chad also holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Bethel University and completed a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
