Daniela Pineda

Daniela Pineda is an experienced HR professional with a current role as HR People Partner at Danfoss since May 2021, providing support to managers and implementing HR processes for Operations, Logistics, and Sales teams. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Danfoss, Daniela focused on identifying top talent for facilities in Mexico. Prior to this, Daniela served as Faculty Members Development Specialist at Universidad Tecmilenio, where strategies were developed to attract high-quality faculty, along with enhancing staff experience. Daniela's early experience includes roles as Wellness and Students' Development Coordinator at Interceramic and Human Resources Analyst at Grupo Premier, both concentrating on talent acquisition and organizational development. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
