Dennis Appel is the President of the Controls and Thermal Management Division at Danfoss, where they lead industrial manufacturing businesses with over $1 billion in revenue and more than 4,000 employees. Currently serving on the board of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute, Dennis has held various leadership roles, including President of the Heat Exchanger Division at Danfoss and the Foodservice Systems Americas division at Franke. Previously, Dennis worked as a Maintenance Coordinator and Project Manager at Outokumpu and served as Managing Director in the Czech Republic for Heatcraft. Dennis holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
