Don Dykhoff

Don Dykhoff is currently a Tax Director at Danfoss, overseeing all US and Canada direct and indirect tax, tax planning, M&A, tax provision, and tax audits. Previously, Dykhoff held positions such as Tax Director at SoftBrands and Director of Global Tax at Katun Corporation, where they managed global tax strategies and compliance. Dykhoff also served as a Senior Tax Manager at MGI Pharma, advising on complex tax issues, and has extensive experience from roles at Ernst & Young, Medtronic, and KPMG. Dykhoff earned a Master's degree in Taxation from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, and MIS from Augsburg University.
