Emmanuel Kalt

Emmanuel Kalt is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in compressor technology and product development. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Danfoss Commercial Compressors since May 2015, Kalt leads R&D teams to enhance compressor platform engineering, emphasizing quality and efficiency. Prior experience at Delphi spanned various leadership roles, including Compressor Product Engineering Manager and Project Manager, where Kalt managed engineering teams, fostered technical skill development, and oversaw product lifecycle from design to industrialization. Kalt holds an engineering degree from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur and is pursuing management training at ESSEC Business School.
