Fernando Rosa

Fernando Rosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as Director of Sales for Strategic Accounts at Danfoss since July 2017, Fernando leads global sales strategies and directs account teams, managing a portfolio valued at over 400 million USD. Prior roles at Danfoss include Operations Director for the Americas, overseeing operations and supply chain activities across two factories in Brazil and Mexico, and Operations Manager focused on continuous improvement in quality and cost competitiveness in the Condensing Units business. Before joining Danfoss, Fernando held leadership positions at ZF Friedrichshafen, where responsibilities included head of production and lean manufacturing coordinator, earning multiple awards from Toyota for production and quality improvements. Fernando's education includes an MBA in Operations and Logistics and various leadership and finance courses.
