Filip Sołdacki

Filip Sołdacki is the Head of Supplier Quality Development for Europe at HydronicS, where they focus on ensuring quality standards in the supply chain and enhance operational efficiency through supplier collaboration and strategic planning. Previously, Filip worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer at Danfoss and Jabil, respectively. They recently became the Vice President of the Ekologiczno-Rekreacyjne Stowarzyszenie “Wojtowskie,” where they support initiatives for environmental sustainability and community development. Filip holds a Master's degree in Environmental Protection Technology and a Master's in Administration and Management from Politechnika Gdańska.
