Flemming Schubert

Flemming Schubert is currently the Head of Order to Cash at Danfoss, where they lead the establishment of centralized Credit Management functions and manage change within the global Sales function. Previously, Flemming served as Finance Director and Global Process Owner for Accounts Receivable at Danfoss, where they were responsible for process alignment and optimization across in-house and outsourced operations. With extensive experience in administration, finance management, and project leadership, Flemming has successfully implemented SAP solutions and engaged in union negotiations. Flemming holds multiple degrees, including a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Administration, alongside certifications as a Registered Global Credit Professional and Certified Global Credit Executive.
