Frances Iris L.

Frances Iris L. serves as Vice President and Head of Sustainability & ESG at Danfoss since March 2022, while also being a Sustainability Advisory Board Member for the Denmark's Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU) since October 2024. Previously, Frances held the position of Director and Head of Sustainability & ESG Advisory Services at PwC Denmark for a short period from September 2021 to March 2022, and was the Head of Sustainability & ESG Services at KPMG Denmark from September 2018 to September 2021, where a dedicated team was established and led. Prior roles include Head of Sustainability & CSR Services at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Sustainability Manager, and several positions at KPMG Denmark including Senior Consultant. Frances began a career in sustainability working with Novo Nordisk A/S and as an intern at the California Public Utilities Commission. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Society & Environment from the University of California, Berkeley.
