Iris Lei

Iris Lei has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on various companies such as 丹佛斯, American Power Conversion, Honeywell, and Dell. In their current role at Danfoss China, Iris serves as the Head of HR and HR Director for HX Global & Cooling China. Throughout their career, Iris has worked on establishing HR systems, policies, and processes, as well as facilitating HR harmony within different teams and projects. Iris holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in English.
