Jan Orož has a solid background in engineering and management with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently, Jan serves as the Manager of Portfolio Management at Danfoss since August 2016, after having held roles as Product Manager and Product Engineer within the same company. Prior to Danfoss, Jan worked at Silver - Development and Construction Consultancy from October 2013 to July 2015, contributing as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Energy Optimisation Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Power and Process Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Ljubljana, a Master of Science (MSc) in Energy Systems and Thermal Processes from Cranfield University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Ljubljana.
