Janze Arlic has extensive experience in product management and supply chain operations. At Gorenje d.d. from June 2011 to July 2018, Janze managed projects, negotiated purchasing terms, conducted market research, and coordinated the launch of new appliances. In August 2018, Janze transitioned to a role as Supply Chain Operations Manager at Novartis, overseeing supplier management, performance metrics, and reporting, before becoming a Strategic Purchaser at Danfoss in June 2019. Janze holds a degree from Univerza v Mariboru and has also studied at Brno University of Technology.
